Check Order Status
You can check the status of your order by entering your email address and order reference into the form below. The email address is your PayPal email, and the reference can be found in the message we sent to you confirming receipt of your order.
Process steps, as shown on the status results page:
Payment Success - the order has been accepted (should not stay in this phase for more than a working day.)
Processing - Order has been printed and I'll be working on picking and packing it soon.
Order Complete - the order has been dispatched.
A note about delivery times: UK 1st Class mail is normally delivered the day after dispatch, and 2nd class takes two days. For overseas orders one to two weeks is normal, but it can take longer during busy periods. Tracking is only available if the option was selected during checkout (or the order value was over £30 where it becomes mandatory). Royal Mail states that 25 working days must pass after dispatch before a claim for loss can be made.
